COURSE ENTRY REQUIREMENT
For entry at diploma level, satisfactory completion of year 12th or equivalent is required, Certificate IV in Project Management or other relevant qualifications is recommended. Applicants with limited experience in the management area should consider completing the Certificate IV in Business Management to gain the underpinning knowledge required for this Diploma course.

ASSESSMENT

This is a competency based course and assessment is undertaken. The assessments may be in a one-on-one environment, tailored to your job role, or through the completion of set tasks / projects for submission. It is also based on completion of assignments, practical tests and/or examinations for each subject. We work with you and assist you to demonstrate your competency.

PATHWAY

After achieving the BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management, candidates may undertake the BSB61015 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management, a qualification involving the application of high level project and managerial skills, or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications.

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is the assessment process for recognizing competencies gained through previous learning, work and life experiences. Students need to apply for RPL before their enrolment.

In order to be granted RPL, students will need to provide evidence that they are already competent in this/these specific unit or units and these evidences must be valid, authentic, current and sufficient.
